I was thinking back… Who is or was my role model?
I looked back through childhood, family, friends, church, all the way through now.
I don’t have one. How terribly terribly sad.
Maybe THAT’s why I’ve had such a hard time.

Quick one to say that I’m still here, but a high school friend I haven’t seen in 12 years just stopped by. I’ve told him what I’m doing, but I can’t just stop and ignore him…
small update
I have now stopped smoking for 3 days, 15 hours, 30 minutes, 19 seconds. That translates into 72 cigarettes NOT smoked, for a savings of $17.46! I have increased my life expectancy by 6 hours, 4 minutes, 36 seconds.
