I got nothing! I’ve tried to think of something – anything to write – I apparently have some sort of block. Everything’s status quo – stressed over the same things. yadda yadda. Nothing in the news has struck me to write about. Sheesh.

As some of you may know, I’ve been wanting to lose weight and gain muscle – I want to be strong. So, I’ve been looking around. I don’t really want to go the body building route – however came across this.

Bodybuilding.net is a great resource for individuals looking to get into shape and get their questions answered by other fitness oriented members. Discussion topics include training, supplements, nutrition, fat loss, exercise routines, and much more.

So if that’s the route you want to go, it’s certainly a possible resource for you.

I have now stopped smoking for 17 hours, 22 minutes, 51 seconds. That translates into 14 cigarettes NOT smoked, for a savings of $3.46! I have increased my life expectancy by 1 hours, 12 minutes, 25 seconds.

Anyone know what’s up with Blogrolling.com? I’ve had to remove their link from my site. It doesn’t seem to be there anymore (and I was just there this morning.)
